Know before you go!
1. What if I've never paddle boarded before?
No problem! Before paddling out, we'll give you a few simple instructions along with modifications to ensure that you're comfortable on the board. You can always do the whole class from knees!
2. What if I've never done yoga before?
Don't worry, our classes are fun and designed for all levels! Your safety is of the utmost importance, so be assured that you'll always receive clear and guided instructions as we move in and out of the poses.
3. What kind of clothing should I wear?
Warm days - bathing suits and/or beach wear.
Cooler days - yoga wear (preferably capri pants), sometimes even a beanie! :)
4. Will I get wet doing SUP Yoga?
Chances are slim that you'll get submerged, but you may get a little wet as you move in and out of poses.
5. How do I pay?
We accept check, cash and all major credit cards. Credit card payments can be made on site.
6. What if I need to cancel?
Please be sure to let us know if you can't make it to class. You can go online and delete your reservation, or feel free to contact us directly. **Please be advised that 'No-shows" and those that do not let us know at least two hours prior to class that they cannot make it, will be a charged a $20 fee the next time you come out with us, or in the event of a package, one class shall be forfeited.
7. What if I'm late?
We're mindful of your time set aside for SUP Yoga, so please arrive 15 minutes early. We promptly paddle out at the time scheduled. Please note, that there are no refunds for missed classes.
8. Do I need to pre-register?
Yes, you do need to pre-register, as space is limited for each class and we only bring enough boards for those that have registered. Please go online to reserve your space.
9. If I buy a series, does it expire?
You have a whole year to use your classes!
10. Are gift cards available?
Of course! You can purchase them online!
11. Do you ever cancel classes due to weather?
Yes, we do cancel classes when there is a threat of heavy rains, and if the winds are 8 mph or stronger. Strong winds can not only be dangerous, but will make your SUP yoga experience very unpleasant. :) Please note, that we are always watching the weather, and at our discretion, can cancel the class within 24 hours if any of these weather conditions are forecasted.
